When we say all natural, we mean it! Not only is there zero artificial sweeteners, there's zero artificial ingredients full stop!

Post workout is the best time to have your protein shake, but it's also a great in between meal, healthy snack!

L-Carnitine is known for it's work in pushing stubborn fat cells into the mitochondria to be burnt as an energy source. Let's put those pesky fat cells to work and get them out of here!

Green Extract is a great ingredient to enhance your weightloss goals. It's known as a powerful antioxidant that helps remove free radical toxins from your body and increase thermogenesis.

Only 115 calories per serve!

Whilst Lean Essentials contains high protein, with only 107 calories in each serve the calories are too low to be consumed on their own to replace a meal. We recommend having a shake in between meals as a nutritional snack or adding it to a smoothie with fruits like bananas to make it a little more calorie dense.

By having a diet thats higher in protein than fats and carbs, you significantly reduce your hunger hormone as protein has a higher satiety than fats and carbs. Not only that, 20-30% of protein calories are burnt during digestion, so you're essentially burning calories while eating them!

In conjunction with a healthy diet and physical exercise, you'll start to feel more energized and satiated within a few weeks. Weightloss results are heavily influenced by the diet consumed and exercise, but you may start seeing changes within 6 weeks of using Lea Essentials daily!
